From research to market-ready, end-to-end.
Nâcham came to VGIS as a brand that had outgrown its first identity. The brief was clear: develop a comprehensive visual ecosystem — logotype, type system, voice, packaging, motion — engineered to position the company at the premium tier of its market without losing the warmth of its founding voice.
We engaged across our six-phase 2D process: Discovery Questionnaire, Blueprint & Agreement, Foundation, Further Development, Completion of Assets, and Delivery. Every surface was treated as deliberate editorial artifact.
"The VGIS team didn't hand us a logo. They handed us the operating system for the next decade of the brand." — Nâcham leadershipFoundation
Brand narrative, before a single pixel.
We engineered the brand narrative across three weeks of discovery interviews before any visual concept was presented. The narrative grounded every later choice — typographic system, color logic, motion timing — in the strategic core of the company.
Completion of AssetsTwelve collateral surfaces, one ecosystem.
Twelve primary deliverables produced and signed off across the engagement — logotype, lockups, type pairing, voice & tone deck, business stationery, packaging suite, motion loops, sales deck, signage specs, brand book, photography direction, social templates. Each tied back to the central narrative.
Handover included a comprehensive brand book PDF, full asset library in layered vector and motion formats, and a 12-month retainer continuation under our senior art-direction desk.
